Nice location, but we would not stay here again

Beautifully located on the beach. Apartment was nice in size, but with a steep staircase that was difficult to maneuver. The tv was broken, several items missing from the kitchen, air conditioner was broken, but as it was chilly when we stayed there, we did not need it. It seemed very rundown.

Super location on the beach. Excellent view from our living room. The apartment was as described. Huge beds and bedrooms. Good airconditioning although the breeze off the North Sea was generally enough to keep the place cool. We had a massive thunderstorm while we were there so had to shut all the windows so the AC got a work out then. Good sized kitchen however there was no toaster and no iron although there is an ironing board. In one bedroom there was no hanging space for clothes in the wardrobe. Pillows seemed to follow the new trend of being excessively soft like a bean bag, so it would be great to offer firmer pillows in the wardrobe in case visitors necks can't deal with the soft ones! The only issues we had were check in - there is no actual reception desk so it was very confusing for check in and check out, as you have to go into the restaurant and it wasn't open while we stayed there. Roger was very helpful however 😀 Parking was good but space is very limited and tight. There are a number of dining options in easy walking distance from the hotel and many more a short drive away. We also drove to the city centre for the normal tourist sights and it is a short, easy trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we come back to Amsterdam!

Not clean enough & needs maintenance

This apartment was probably very nice at one point. The walls are very beat up, the carpet is disgusting, and who ever cleans it, does the bare minimum. There were little hairs all over the place and the closet was full of dust. The baseboards have not been cleaned in a very long time. If you are tall I would not recommend the penthouse apartment, there are many low points in the ceiling where you will hit your head. The area and town were nice, and it was easy to take the bus to the train station. Also want to note, that they ask you to sweep the floor before you leave. They didn’t leave us a broom, just a vacuum that barely sucked anything up. Makes me wonder if they will clean the floor at all after us.

Pros: wonderful location, very friendly staff, updated bathrooms were nice, great views over the ocean, easy beach access. Cons: appartement wasn’t that particularly clean upon check in. Upstairs had a lingering smell and the carpet is due for an update. The sleeper sofa is very limited so the whole appointment is not suitable for sleeping 4. (3 at best) The advertised washer/dryer is shared with other guests but also with the cleaning staff and downstairs restaurant, so mostly unavailable. That restaurant wasn’t really good by the way. Most critically: the airconditioning in the bedroom was broken all week. Because it was a cool weather week, we were able to sleep with open windows. Although not great with a lot of outside noise and some cigarette smoke from the neighbors. But in any hot weather week, we wouldn’t have been able to stay there. Overall a mixed experience but because of the unique location, and friendly staff, we might try them again.

Fijne schone mooie appartementen direct aan het strand. Ook je auto kun je naast de accommodatie kwijt. Het is ongeveer 3 kwartier lopen over de boulevard, dan sta je in het centrum van Zandvoort.

La posizione della struttura è ottimale, ma è l'unics nota positiva. Ci sono solo due sedie intorno al tavolo, malgrado l'appartamento ospiti fino a 4 persone, l'impianto elettrico è incomprensibile con luci che si accendono simultaneamente in camere diverse, le prese sono distanti dal letto, le tende macchiate, dietro la porta c'è una sorta di sgabuzzino. Visto il prezzo pagato non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Die Lage ist top. Die Aussicht war genial. Ein Supermarkt ist nicht in der direkten Umgebung aber ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt im Haus. Reservierung ist allerdings empfehlenswert da weitere gute Restaurants nicht in der direkten Umgebung sind. Die Baustellen störten uns am nicht weiter. Die Einrichtung war gehobener Standard allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt (defekter Fernseher, Kaffeevollautomat, Herd teilweise defekt, die Mikrowelle nicht wirklich sauber, Gas Kamin durfte nicht benutzt werden, Balkon in einem desolaten Zustand und dreckig, Tote Tiere unter dem Fernsehfuß...). Allerdings standen die defekten Dinge auch nicht in der Beschreibung des Appartements. Die Parkplätze waren schmal und der Manager bestand darauf dass das Fahrzeug zwischen den Linien des Parkplatzes abgestellt wurde. Der Service war verbesserungswürdig. Einchecken zwischen 15:00 und 17:00 Uhr. Wir waren eine habe Stunde vorher da und die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Auschecken bis 10:00 Uhr und wieder war niemand da. Für Notfälle gab es eine Telefonnummer. Englisch ist hierbei angesagt Die Buchung auf meiner Kreditkarte erfolgte einen Tag vor der Ankunft. Fazit: nie wieder, obwohl das Haus sehr gut aussieht und bei einer besseren Pflege bzw. besserer Führung sicherlich ein Highlight sein könnte. Keine Reparaturen, keine Kontrolle des Putzpersonals und reduzierte Ansprechbarkeit optimieren den Gewinn, gewinnt aber bestimmt keine zufriedenen Kunden.

Gute Strandlage, Zandvoort mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (leihen für 15€), nah an der Partymeile, sehr nettes Personal und eigener Parkplatz. Leider waren einige Einrichtungsgegenstände defekt (Brause, Lampen, Duschkabine nicht wirklich dicht).

Die Lage top leider befinden sich vor und neben dem Hotel Baustellen will nicht da sein wenn da gearbeitet wird. Kein Supermarkt in der nähe und bis Zandvoort Mitte läuft man eine gute halbe Stunde.

Beim betreten des Ferienappartements waren wir angenehm überrascht. Der Eingangsbereich durch eine Glastür getrennt. Ein großer lichtdurchfluteter Wohnbereich mit einer modernen Küche. Gigantischer Meerblick. Schöne Schlafräume. Fußbodenheizung. Tolles Badezimmer. Saubere Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher. Alles in allem verbrachten wir eine erholsame Woche am Meer. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für das Badezimmer wäre ein festinstallierter Haartrockener, wie man ihn in vielen Hotels vorfindet.

Schönes, modernes Appartement direkt am Strand

Wir haben 3 Nächte in einem Appartement mit Terrasse und Meerblick verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Standort ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub, Wanderungen am Strand oder um einfach nur die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Ausblick jeden Morgen war fantastisch!

super tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Alles Bestens tolles Apartment einzige Mängel waren gegen Abend schlechte Luft vom unteren Restaurant und es gibt keine Türdichtungen so schlagen die Türen im geschlossenen Zustand ständig. Sonst alles perfekt
