"Staff at reception is neither qualified nor professional enough to receive customers and handle their concerns. At check in and check out - both had behavioral issues for such service industry. Therefore, the cost / value relationship for such a high price hotel is not good to justify choosing it again."

"Another great stay at this hotel, I was on business trip but brought my wife along and she made good use of the pool and spa throughout the week. Great location and base to explore the old part of the city."

"This is not a 5 star property not even close
Very disappoint that Westin would put their name on the property
I feel like is should get my money back
Loud and terrible air conditioner in the room very dated building in need of renovations
A gym that is leased out to other members - you cannot get to the pool unless you go through the gym
The staff at breakfast need better training and be more attentive to customers
Coffee was always cold"

"This hotel was exactly what we needed. After a long day travelling the hotel staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. From the airport shuttle to reception/restaurant/bar and spa staff were fabulous. Very helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could.
The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day, dinner and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thankyou"
