Fantastic hotel

Fantastic stay at this very new hotel in Zagreb. It is located 20 minutes walk from the city center (can be reached by tram in 10 minutes - runs from outside of the hotel) and is just across the street from the main bus station. The staff was simply amazing, very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has just opened and is very comfortable and modern. Everything was just great!

Room and bathroom is spacious, which is especially important for us who travel here to join the Zagreb Marathon. Plenty of space to pack our gear and take a comfortable shower after the race. Facilities and out-fitting are very new. Simple breakfast with bread and coffee is provided.

I wanted to book something close to the bus station for ease and I’m so glad I booked this place. It was clean, felt brand sparkling new. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Despite being near a street, it was very quiet. It was so convenient being so close to the trolley stop and the bus station, I got around very easily without having to lug around my luggage since they held onto it for me after check out. What I appreciated most though was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, they were all so nice and welcoming. I would stay here again in a second. The comfort/cleanliness and the staff really made it stand out.

This hotel is brand new. The room was modern and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. This hotel is away from the CBD, 15-20 minute walk with traffic lights. We figure we like to have a bit of exercise and it's all flat. The tram is right opposite if you don't like walking. The bus station is across the road. So convenient as we moved onto Split. Upon check in we arrived around 9.30am. They were so very kind to allow us to go straight to our room. Thank you so much. Love this property and the staff. Would highly recommend.

The service in INOVA is very good. They are polite and communicate with customers. The room is very clean, change bed staffs. But I want to say about payment. If the condition of payment has written on Website I can make it directly payment to Hotel, why Expedia.ca forbid to do it? It was problem for me. Because the price was different. Generaly was excellent except payment

Perfect for staying close to the bus station

Very close to the bus station perfect for catching the morning bus to Pitvlice. Spacious room and modern equipment, also very sumptuous breakfast.
