The room was spotless and all the amenities were great, what really stood out was the staff, they were super. Every question they went above and beyond to answer and to give suggestions. It was an absolute perfect stay!
Great to be back after 3 years, same comfortable, fast internet, clean and big room space, only the bathroom door is not able to close properly, luckily it’s a business trip so i am staying alone in the room
Generally, the stay was good. The rooms were somewhat small, but clean and fully functional. Parking is expensive. Staff could do with a few more smiles :-). Breakfast buffet was good. Generally, a good experience.
Hotel location made it really convenient to be in/out of downtown area in a 10 min drive. Staff was really friendly and provided lot of useful information and suggestion for a late dinner the date of our arrival.
This is an excellent place for business travelers but maybe not for those looking to hang around the hotel since it's far from the city squares. The continental breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Great place to use as a base camp to explore the area if you have a car.

I liked: location, accessibility, room (clean, new, had working desk and a cozy armchair for reading), good bed and lining, good bathroom.
Not a fan of: AC system (which when turned off, was still blowing some air which felt when sitting at the table), TV could not be used for streaming and no way to connect own atreaming HDMI device, hilton "members-only" free water and fast wifi (it's 2025, c'mon)
Most staff were exceptional. The room was absolutely spotless, especially important for me as I suffer really badly with dust allergies.
The hotel overall was spot on, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.
I appreciated that most staff spoke flawless English.
My one and only criticism was on one evening we decided to eat dinner at the hotel. The waiter made us feel a little unwelcome, and like we annoyed him by simply being there. His service was attentive enough, but he just gave the impression he would have preferred we weren't there. The food however was exceptional.
Good hotel, nice restaurant with very friendly staff. Comfortable room, only very warm in the room and airconditioning not working. I asked if it could be turned on but nothing happened.
Hotel a little far from the main transport. Got to walk 10 to 15 mins before reaching. Breakfast is good if u stay 2 days . More than that it is boring . Everyday is the same breakfast . No innovation. We stayed for 4 days .

OK, not brilliant
Good location to the business district. Shower was a trickle and could barely get hot water. Coffee and water was not replaced. Another guests dirty socks were in the wardrobe. No dressing gowns provided.
Nice hotel, good price & friendly staff. Good location for the bus station if you’re going to the national park. It’s a 25-30 min walk from the centre and it’s on a sort of commercial/industrial street.
