"Overall a nice stay in Zagreb rooms are sizeable. Hotel is well located in the centre with the main square and old town in walkable distance. Breakfast good value when bought in advance. Only minor negative was slow check in process which was apologised for. Will look to stay if in Zagreb again."
"Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."
"This hotel was exactly what we needed. After a long day travelling the hotel staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. From the airport shuttle to reception/restaurant/bar and spa staff were fabulous. Very helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could.
