Great and attentive staff- everyone is so professional and friendly. Location is very convenient. The hotel itself is a beautiful old-charm building with unique rooms. Breakfast was lovely and had various dishes hot and cold.

This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable! The breakfast is perfect and staff customer service was so nice. There even was a pillow menu! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to everything you’ll want to see. Beautiful stay.

Everything is excellent about this hotel - location, staff, and room. It is a classic, old, hotel for those who like that style - extremely well-placed in Zagreb. The staff were excellent too - helpful, expedient, and honest. Parking is valet.

Room was perfectly clean, nice plush towels in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Right downtown on the square, very nicely located, and amazingly quiet despite its downtown location. The breakfast was luscious and servers were kind and friendly. The staff at the hotel were young but quite efficient and friendly. Overall a Very nice stay!
