En las fotografías mostraba una habitación diferente a la que me quedé, que si bien estaba limpia y contaba con todos los servicios, no fue de mi completo agrado, también pudo haber sido que quizá no tomé el tiempo suficiente para revisar si las fotos correspondían a la elección que elegí. Muy amable en la recepción. Propiedad acepta mascota!!

Excelente lugar

Excelente opción para quedarse en Zacatlán. Está a unos minutos del pueblo pero enmedio del bosque para desconectarse por un rato. Las cabañas están muy bien y limpias. La señora Rossy está siempre al pendiente por si se necesita algo. La propiedad sólo tienes 6 cabañas y nos tocó ser los únicos poo lo tuvimos todo para nosotros. Volveremos.

El lugar es bueno de manera general, tienen internet de Starlink, lamentablemente no han logrado distribuirlo adecuadamente y la calidad de la señal se pierde enormemente, en la cabaña que renté, a penas llevaba a 1mb. El personal es amable y me indicaron que el check in era hasta las 5:00pm, me perdí porque la ubicación de Expedia está mal pero el personal me apoyó enviando ubicación. Otorgan llaves del portón y la cabaña, el centro de Zacatlán está a 20 minutos, no hay nada al rededor lo cual es bueno para escaparse sin ruidos o gente molesta, a pesar de ser una serie de cabañas, el lugar tiene su propia privacidad interna. Me agradó mucho el lugar. En nuestra estancia tuvieron una serie de conflictos con la luz y agua caliente pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Por lo cual no considero que sean puntos negativos ya que lo resolvieron

NO HAY PERSONAL NI SIQUIERA PARA ABRIRTE LA PUERTA DURANTE LA NOCHE, MUCHO MENOS PARA DARTE UNA ALMOHADA O COBIJA ADICIONAL O CUALQUIER COSA QUE NECESITES. Bueno pero muy basico y caro para lo que se ofrece

El hotel esta situado en un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable pero el cuarto solo tenia el mobiliario minimo indispensable, lo cual hizo muy incomodo estar en el. Le falta tenr una mesa adecuada, sillas comodas y mas luz.

No fumigan muy seguido, me salieron dos arañas dentro de la cama una en la almohada y otra en el colchón, su shampoo y acondicionador decía para jabón burbujas por ende es jabón, la Sra. Rosy muy amable y hace todo lo que puede dentro de sus posibilidades con buena actitud, el restaurante solo sirve desayuno si quieres algo por la tarde noche tendrá que salir al pueblo y en coche son mínimo unos 10 minutos. La cabañas son mas chiquitas de lo que se ven en las fotos.

El lugar está increíble para descansar, de lo mejor que conozco en Zacatlán. Rossy nos dio un excelente servicio, el desayuno es muy basto y riquísimo, está para regresar siempre.
