This hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location right downtown Zacatlan. Problem is parking, you can only have valet parking and wait for the cars at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing.

Not child friendly. The hotel is nice and is conveniently close to main square. However, it is extremely noisy inasmuch is surrounded by bars. The hotel itself has a noisy restaurant in the main patio!

Precioso hotel, moderno sin dejar de lado el estilo de hacienda mexicana. Todos los espacios son especiales, la Habitación increible, grande y cómoda. Era una suite de dos pisos. El restaurante super recomendable y la tienda de artesanias y ropa artesanal es preciosa. El joven de lentes que ayuda en la recepción es super amable y muy agradable.

Es un edificio virreinal, perfectamente bien. Adaptado con mucha limpieza en sus habitaciones, la decoración se ve de buen gusto y lo más práctico es que en el patio de la entrada es el comedor del restaurante, mi viejo pueblito que es muy cómodo con una buena calidad de alimentos muy céntrico y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, la calle es angosta, pero tienen valet parking y te ayudan a poder llevar tu vehículo a su estacionamiento que está a cuatro cuadras

El hotel lindo y el personal muy amable. Sin embargo nunca pidieron arreglar el Wifi de nuestra habitación. Para la última noche ofrecieron cambiarnos de cuarto, pero ya era una molestia volver a empacar. El primer día, no hubo agua caliente así que nos bañamos con agua apenas templada. Un hotel de este nivel, no debería de tener este tipo de problemas. Una noche quisimos pedir servicio a cuarto, pero resulta que el restaurante cerró a las 8pm, demasiado temprano! Tuvimos que salir. Por lo demás bien ubicado.
