First impression, run!! The room was old ,dingy but clean. Bed was ok. People staying at the place not so great. People upstairs kept moving furniture around. People yelling at the hours. Room was suppose to be non smoking but reeked of smoke. No screen on sliding door. Yea it was great. We stayed for just the 1 night. Oh yea check in is 3 pm so if you get there early its $10 extra to get into a room that is already ready.. Also roaches. Never again

Check in clerk great. 3 day Didnt clean our room day 2. Had to ask for towels. People working on cars in hotel parking lot. Looked like people lived there. Room clean at check in.

Not bueno!! Gross

Very dirty room. Night stands not wiped down and shower was gross and falling apart. It looked as if the motel was partially loq income apartments.

Dark parking lot people riding bikes by our car talking loudly late at night felt our car was going to be broken into no carpet on floors freezing cold light blankets door to the bath room and floors dirty the breakfast was so cheap bread in a box with cold cereal and some fruit we will never stay there again

My father was under going a surgery in Yuma. I book a room for one night through hotels.com and by the time I was able to get to the hotel by midnight the lobby was closed and no one answered my knockin on the glass door and I say knocking cus where the door button was missing and no one ever answer the door. I notified hotels.com and they could only suggest that I go to another hotel and to call Econo Lodge the next day and try to get my money back from them. The long and short is I did call the next day and got an offer to stay one night for free...fortunately I had to take the offer since my dad had to stay in the hospital one more day.

The people working at this location are beyond excellent. I was travelling late with my children, towing a trailer. They were there for my late check in, 1:00am per my earlier call. I inadvertently got my truck and trailer stuck. And the owner, Robin was very kind, he woke Levi the maintenance man who was also very kind and he backed my pick up and trailer around the hotel to a great parking space I could easily get out of in the morning. Room itself was clean, but plain. But the wonderful, helpful people are what makes this hotel shine. This Mom and kids traveling alone was very thankful for there kindness.

The hotel is still in transition from Yuma Cabana to Econolodge. Room was clean, bed were squishy, fridge and microwave. Pool looked good. Checkin was wonderful
