Having stayed here for the last 20 years every time I visited Hong Kong. From when I was a teenager to an adult now, I always liked the Harbour Plaza Resort. Though it could use a bit of an update to the decor and facilities. The rooms remained clean, though out of fashion. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel is good in term of location. Just beside the shopping mall and many of restaurants nearby. The bed is a little hard for my back!

This hotel is built in the 90’s, in room furnishings were old and dated. Found many dirts and molding in washroom, several grouting were not finished. * Excellent house keeping staff and convenience locations were the best points for this property, but next time will look at other properties instead!

Overall experience is good!

Bedding was clean and comfortable but everything else didn't looked clean. I cleaned all surfaces myself before use which I did not mind just for the peace of mind. Room is not very much well kept so you see signs of wear. But for the price, it considered pretty comfortable(the bed but not the pillows). The house keeping staff were especially friendly. The other hotel staff were okay. Transportation is very convenient because it is right next to the light rail station which connects to the subway so you can go everywhere. This hotel is in phase 2 with phase 1 right next to it. There are shopping malls in both phase 1 and 2. So you are literally surrounded by shopping malls. I will book again. And TinShuiWai is one of the latest developed area so they have goverment housing everywhere. There are estates after estates and everyone of them have their own shopping malls and local markets where locals buy fresh food to cook every day. That also means every one have their own locals eateries as well. I think it will take months to explore everyone of them. Overall experience is very good.
