"honestly one of my favorite hotels i’ve stayed in while in japan. we loved it so much we ended up staying by twice! if you plan on going out and partying in shibuya this is the PERFECT hotel! the whole street has clubs and bars and it’s always full of life! it’s great until you’re on a lower floor and trying to sleep. sometimes that’s all you will hear at night if you’re closer to the bottom. the rooms are a great size as well! you tend to get a lot more floor space than competitors."

"I was in another property from APA-ROPONGI Had a great experience, so decided to stay at the same chain! But APA Shibuya was very disappointing experience! Homeless come to the lobby to use the restroom since it was closed, he entered the elevator and peed on it! The main entrance should have a card entry only for guests. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY LIMITED! Overall, would stay at APA but not the Shibuya location."

"Very nice location. Maybe we have 5 to 7 minute walk to the Shibuya crossing. Felt very safe at any time during the day or night They have a vending machine, money changing options (expensive) but at least is there. Find the hotel on the expensive side, but we booked very close to our visit date so probably that’s why. Over on a nice good hotel."
