"Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours."

"Clean and attentive service. lots of amenities and food options across the hotel including a family mart and lawson. close walk to the subway. didn’t do breakfast or meals because there’s so much to tokyo. multi lingual staff are great and luggage service was reassuring"

"Have not tried the breakfast yet. Just next to Kabukicho, many restaurants nearby and very closed to the Shinjuku Station and its underground shopping streets, with many shops and restaurants, too. Overall, the hotel is within the bustling area of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). It is very convenient in transportation, food and drinks, entertainment and shopping, etc., even at the night. On the other hand, it is quiet and clean with the hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to feel the city live in Tokyo."

"the location was amazing! super walkable to the train station and also to Omotesando/Harajuku. It felt quiet enough from the hustle and bustle but still close and convenient to all major locations. the room was a bit small but that’s to be expected in Tokyo but it was perfect for our needs. "

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."

"Great room with a view, good restaurants, excellent staff -- in particular the concierge! I always stay here when in Tokyo because it is close to Shibuya station for trains and metro -- and also for the NEX (Narita Express) train from Narita Airport -- only 60 mins compared to 2-2.5 hour taxi or bus ride."

"They kept our room clean daily, gave us water in room, nice bathroom amenities, 7-Eleven downstairs, nice restaurants…the staff was helpful in helping with luggage forwarding. Beautiful view of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building also! I’d stay here again :)"
