Nice hotel room and staff

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast was normal hotel free breakfast food. Pillows were a little lacking but it's was perfectly fine for our weekend stay.

Very nice property nestled directly in the interstate 80 interchange. The hotel looks like it’s brand new. The only issue I had was the deadly silence all around . I was afraid to turn on the tv so i would not wake everyone up!

Room provided was not vacuumed, it was dusty, and smelled musty. Had to ask for a different room. Place itself was dusty and not very clean. Front desk staff was on their phone and we had to wait to check in. There was no one in the front desk to check us out. We had to call the manager and every single number on the multiple business cards on the front desk until someone picked up to send us someone to check us out.

The hotel was very nice but we got in very late and the front desk clerk acted like we were a nuisance. However the breakfast attendant was very sweet. We just needed a pit stop so it served it purpose.

Our stay was lovely. A few details need to be addressed. When you consider it was booked as a handicap room it lacked some important details. The bed was to high. The room was too small for me to use my wheelchair. No walk-in shower. Seat in the tub was terrible stained. We did complain about the smells was told maintenance would look into it but it still smelled. Not enough seating for everyone to have breakfast. Went to Perkins instead. We were there over a week and got a good feel of the place. Great location.
