"Older place with worn furniture. One bed was saggy in the middle and both made unusual noise when getting in and out. Wallpaper behind toilet was coming off to to mold under it. Toilet was way to low to the ground snd small. Very disappointed in the cold breakfast as the info on hotels.com stated “rated best breakfast “ nothing healthy except a 4 apples and one orange."

"This was a beautiful place but the staff accused us of taking things we did not take without even asking questions only accusing many hours after gone, that was extremely upsetting. I would not suggest staying here at all!"

"Really clean rooms and well kept property. I stayed only one night since I was on my way home from Chattanooga where I had a really bad experience with my hotel there. But this hotel was a reward for my previous experience. Definitely I will stay here next time."

"The restaurant selection was poor. The main restaurant was very expensive and the quality did not match the price. We ate at this restaurant on Friday night! The bar in the main lobby was not staffed! The club lounge/bar downstairs was packed all the time. The did not have adequate staff to serve the many people trying to eat, and we were just ignored! I was able to snag a drink at the bar and take it upstairs to the lobby area since that bar was closed. However, we tried multiple times to get food and couldn’t! We ended up driving to a chic fil a for supper on Saturday night! "
