"The staff was amazing and very kind and helpful. The hotel was cool and I liked the room, the bar and the little grocery store. The only issue we had was finding the place. I knew from reading other reviews that the check in entrance was on the 3rd Floor, but when we went to the 3rd Floor there was absolutely no signage. And the ground signage was also abysmal. We walked right past it. We wandered around the 3rd Floor (which is outside) in the heat for for too long. Someone came out of another property to tell us we were not allowed there, and that's when we had the chance to ask for directions. The entrance we were looking for was for the Elevator area to take us to the actual Lobby, which was on the 5th Floor. I have never had such a hard time checking in to anywhere. Please do better with your signage. Otherwise, the stay was great."

"Property is downtown, have to park in a parking structure adjacent to the hotel. Parking is tight , hotel is great, rooms are large, Bkfst is actually pretty good with a much wider food variety than usual. Pool is nice with plenty of seating and even a nice grill. Has an exercise facility as well. Would recommend, parking is about $37 but the hotel validates so u can come and go. It is across the street from the NASCAR museum and plenty of great restaurants downtown. Door dashed from Mimosa Grill, the salmon and the rainbow trout and sweet potatoes were delicious. It is also located right next-door to a Whole Foods market."

"Latisha and casandra we're awesome. I had a very very good experience. Probably one of the best hotels I have been in. Price was fair rooms where beautiful. I always looked forward breakfast in the lobby.latisha was always there if you needed something. I only wish one thing that would have really made it great is if there was a pool outside. Other than that , I would highly recommend this hotel Greg Ducati"
