"Spacious room with view towards the Minster. Everything in the hotel was spotless and well maintained . Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We also had dinner which was lovely and well presented . All the staff we met on our visit couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ."
"Staff were nice, polite and friendly, as always, which is a big reason we've stayed a few times now. Along with the leisure facilities, which are maintained well. Room was clean and had a fan,which was appreciated due to the very warm weather. We'll look forward to hopefully staying again next year."
"Great venue in a great location for not having to move your car. Public transport perfect. Room was lovely to be honest in need for an update however you can see there has been a lot of money spent on upgrading the property so I'm pretty sure they will refurbish the bed rooms pretty soon. Lovely staff this is our 4 stay here and would highly recommend it
