The hotel was clean and organized but the furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Overall my family enjoyed the stay. One thing for sure is the staff were very friendly and easy to work with when asking questions or needing assistance.

The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait staff in the restaurants could use a little more training. We tried multiple restaurants in the hotel and the service was not the best and quality of food was inconsistent. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. Would recommend to friends.

The condo we rented was nice and clean, but the exterior was in poor condition. I thought the check-in process was efficient; however, when we tried to check out early and use the pool for the rest of the day, the representative informed us that we needed to be out by 12 PM, which was not mentioned during check-in nor was it in the reservation details. She also spoke in a rude tone, and it felt like she was unwilling to accommodate us. The bowling alley had recently been renovated, but obtaining a lane and the necessary equipment was a hassle. Our food orders were mixed up, and it took about an hour to resolve the issues and multiple trips to the bar to follow up. Additionally, the swimming pool floor felt slimy, and the lifeguards had unpleasant attitudes when we asked for towels and other assistance. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

조용하고 편안했습니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 우리가 묵었던 콘도는 많이 낡았습니다. 숙박객이 적어서 그런지, 한참 비어있던 방에서 나는 안 좋은 (곰팡이?)냄새가 났어요. 창문에 방충망이 없어서 환기를 할 수도 없더군요. 개선해주시면 더 좋겠습니다.
