Stayed for one night. The AC is not cold, only blowing room temperature air. Bathroom exhaust fan is so dirty, dust flying off put it when turned on. Bathroom has a sewage smell.
But the staff were super nice. Even extend check out time to 1pm so I can get a massage in the room. When I don't have 1000 rupiah to pay for printing, they helped print my boarding pass for free too.

Vest well kept hotel in UGM campus
VERY well kept hotel in a very good location , near center city.Staff at the reception are very nice and helpfull. Good breakfast, good restaurant, good wi-fi in the room.

Great location for campus-related events
Stayed for 8 nights for a 4-day conference that took place in the hotel. Great location for campus-related events: quiet and easy for mobility. However, the hotel building and some facilities were outdated and needed maintenance. No lift (impractical for those with large and heavy baggage), a/c did not work maximally in my room and the lobby, water drips from ceilings at some spots in public areas, some flawed walls in public areas, food and beverages are a bit pricey for Yogya... But, the pluses include pleasant and helpful staffs, delicious foods and beverages. In summary, the physical aspects of the hotel need renewal, but the rest is fine.
