Noise from the restaurant

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning.

A beautiful hotel in Yogyakarta

A very beautiful hotel with a lot of beautiful features and traditional items, good service, good foods and perfect locations. Definitely will come back. The front desks were very helpful, especially Ms. Claudia and her friends / crew. thank you.

Location is fine but hotel needs a renovation

Unfortunately the hotel is in need to a renovation. The entire hotel smells of sewage and rooms smell of mold. The only convenience was the shopping mall below the hotel.

I still can't believe 5 star hotel. First requested room was not supported. From Expedia there is King-sized bed room, but when i want to check in habis. 2nd, there is 3 counter for reception, but always open just 1. long time to wait check in. Tidak jaga jarak. my room floor was dirty (near window) and stickey. better to use slippers. 3rd, i complain about noisy customer in front of my room but they were still noisy. just one of good point is attitude of Janitor woman and porters.

Tophotel op een toplocatie! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Restaurant, front office & housekeeping staff is zeer servicegericht. Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel en de kamers kunnen wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.

Beautiful room and setting. Love the access to swimming pool. Diid not like the insistent bugging us about paying for our dinner and drinks , not allowing charge to the room. Not clear that we could make reservation for near year dinner st the hotel. We came to restaurant and even tho there were huge # of empty tables, they would not let us sit in main dining room. We finally sat by pool side which was nice. But again did not appreciate the bugging about payment of food and drinks prior to sitting down.

Hotel is attractive, but my shower had no hot water, despite complaints. I was eventually moved to a better room, which was nice. Also, upper end hotels should provide more than packets of cheap instant coffee in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was spectacular.
