Hotel was clean. Our room was very clean, and comfortable. We stayed for three days because it was clean. Great breakfast options. In parts like the edges of the dining area the carpet was ripped and the hotel is a bit on the older side. Needs more maintenance. But otherwise our room was clean and enjoyed our stay.

We are every yeare in Indonesia some times 2x and spend many day's in a hotel, senggigi beach hotel (kila hotel now) sheraton yogyakarta, GQ hotel yogyakarta and see the Quality going back, and the price go up, onze day I get a email form Sheraton that they shee us ass apart of the familie !? Good hotel overall

Rooms were really clean and overall ambience was great. For a four star hotel at the given price, it's a really good deal. The staffs can only carry out basic communication in English, though. Wifi needs improvement; it is strong in the foyer, but virtually non-existent a few steps into the room.

Great value for the price

I have stayed at this hotel before. As always, the service was wonderful, the room was very nice, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Grand Quality Yogyakarta again.

とにかく、ホテルが古かった為、バスカーテンもかびていたり、なんとなくにおったりしていた。タオルが必要枚数なかったり、サービスのコーヒーは初日以来ありませんでした。朝食は、早い時間に行くと良いです！

空港に直近で、快適なホテル

空港に近く（タクシーで１０分）、早朝早い時間での送迎（午前５時半）でも対応してくれた。バスタブも深くゆったりつかれた。レストランの食事もおいしかった。

シャトルサービスは時刻表とは関係なく、好きな時間にお願いできます。かなり頻繁に往復しているようです。早朝便には便利でした。 また近くにカルフールがあり、夜10時まで開いており、ちょっとした買物も可能です。

空港には近いがお風呂に入れなかったホテル

日本食レストランの料理はまずまずの及第点でした。問題は部屋のお風呂。汚れが付いていて、水は黄色く、シャワーは錆びている。換気扇はほこりまみれでとても入る気にはなりませんでした。
