事前に部屋の装備確認をメールでしていたのですが、当方が予約した部屋には希望の装備がなく、返信メールで変更の確認をしていたのですが当日まで回答を頂けなかったですが、当日窓口でやり取りのメールを確認頂き、変更をして頂きありがとうございました。対応に不備あるも満足のいく部屋で満喫させて頂きました。

Everything feels good during my stay, need attention with the bed sheet, I feel a little itchy when take a nap, maybe because of something on the surface of the bed, but it feels better after they change the bed sheet and cover

Though they gave us an upgrade but it was noisy with the noise from swimming pool at 6.30!! Don’t they have time restrictions on use of pool? And kids were wearing improper attire like shorts and T-shirt’s for swimming, hotel is run down bed sheets is dirty we have 3 guests but provided only one shampoo and one bath gel and 2 slippers, what we see is not we get. Very disappointed

Nicely furnished hotel

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Malioboro Street (main street with lots of shopping) was about 15 mins walk away. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast selection was good.

Niet ons favoriete hotel

Niet ons favoriete hotel. Ondanks de centrale ligging van dit hotel, heeft dit hotel meerdere minpunten: De kamers roken muf, de badkamer rook niet fris en er liepen mieren op de muur. Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad, echter is deze volledig ingebouwd, inclusief overkapping, waardoor je niet van de zon kan genieten aan het zwembad. Ook ligt het hotel vlak naast een moskee, waar je last van zou kunnen hebben (om half 5 ‘s ochtends).

Es un hotel con buen servicio del personal. Incluso nos dieron el desayuno cuando teníamos que irnos del hotel a las 5 AM. El tema del spa no pudimos concretarlo.

Value for money; average location

This was a pretty decent hotel for the price we are paying. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Facilities are decently maintained. Location is slightly off the main town but still decent given that we hired a driver to bring us around and Grab is inexpensive. Some suggestions: - Could do with a shower curtain or glass door to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. - Could add an armchair as well

Beautiful Hotel with Terrible Hospitality

Being a smoker, upon realizing that our room had a balcony, we couldn't resist ourselves. Knowing that it was a non-smoking room, we were very careful not to leave any cigarette ash lying around or litter our cigarette buds on the floor. We also made sure the balcony door was closed so that no smell would enter the room. We made a makeshift ashtray and threw away our cigarettes appropriately (with water) in a plastic bag, tied it up tightly and threw it in the dustbins. On Day 2, after being out for more than 12 hours, we came back to our hotel tired and exhausted only to be approached by the staff who asked us if we were smoking in our rooms. This was when they showed us a picture of our trash, where they opened up the plastic bag containing our cigarette buds and took pictures. Firstly, we were not unhappy that we were fined. Knowing that it was a non-smoking room, we were okay with that and accepted the charges. The thing that really bugged us was the fact that they actually went through our trash, opened it up and took pictures of it. If I had documents/letters with sensitive information and decided to tear it up and throw it in the trash, I would definitely not be happy or feel safe knowing the cleaners are able to look through our trash and take pictures. To top it off, during check-out, they accused us of stealing their towels (never happened to me before in my life).

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful with activities and entertainment. However, the water pressure and hot water consistency in the shower could be improved

Very friendly staff & super contactable

If you have a driver to you around, this hotel is one of the best for its comfort. Staff are very friendly, very warm greetings everything. They do provide iron, hair dryer etc upon request. Try their Jawa-nese massage, it's reallyyy good!!

繁華街から少し離れた内容の良いホテル

設備や接客態度は満点です。外観から少し古いのかと思いましたが、館内は真っ新な状態です。敢えて難点を言えば室内の隅に髪の毛が多少残っていた事と、マリオボロモールまで徒歩だと20分以上掛かりビールを買うのに苦労したことくらいでしょうか。

Overall good hotel for Jogjakarta

Very good option for a hotel in Jogjakarta. Very good location. However staff was not helpful at all with our family room reservation (it was a regular room without a balcony which regular rooms have and costed more). Also the water in the shower smelled really bad.
