"Pleasant stay. Needs upgrading and some minor DIY. The cleaning ladies were very nice as were the ladies doing food. The staff on the front desk went above and beyond when I lost my mobile. Very helpful indeed. For me it was the pug. He joined us every morning for snuggles."

"A truly amazing hotel! The pool had such an amazing view of the skyline and pearl tower. The location of the hotel is so convenient for public transport and it was so easy to get a Didi as well. The room was spotless and the staff were so helpful, I would recommend staying here!"

"Experience here is exceptional. Samuel and Lisa are very friendly, welcome, and willing to help guests for most of things such as shopping, grocery, metro access, local sim card, delivery and many more. We are so satisfied with our stay. We can get very delicious breakfast and dinner in mall which is next to the building. We can take train or didi so easily. I will come back here if i stay in shanghai."

"If you’re booking this place for an amazing room with an amazing view and a bath tub by the window you will not be disappointed. If you are booking this for the pool area, don’t get your hopes up, it feels more like a public bath house than a luxury hotel pool, similar feel with the spa. The overall hotel and rooms are nice, I just felt like they needed a deep clean and a bit of TLC, grouting etc. light switches and AC seemed to have a mind of their own and didn’t always respond to pressing the light switches. I loved staying here, but that’s my constructive criticism. It misses a few of those tick boxes that take it upto being a world class hotel. More of an Instagram hotel that looks great for the pictures"
