The location, design and unique architecture. Loved the serenity of the entire environment. Staff were particularly courteous and kind. Food was excellent. They need to manage the cats in their restaurant area though.

Service Should Be Key

We stayed at Red Bridge Yerevan for 2 weeks. Previously, I have stayed at other Yerevan hotels and after a few days, the hotel staff knows you by name and addresses you as such. Here it did not seem so and the employees did not seem so happy to do their job. In addition, even though I had booked through Hotels.com, through a family friend who works there I was promised a 20% discount which was not given. Immediately when I arrived full payment was requested and the 20% was not taken off or deducted when we checked out. The employee stated he could not do it which is incorrect. The details should have been noted on my account and handled, which was not right. Secondly, we had three people to the room and when the downing was requested not enough towels were provided and no extra bathroom tissue or bathroom supplies. My expectation is at all times all these details should be handled accordingly. Last, the hotel had a taxi service to bring you to the center square, when we asked one day they said there was an event happening at the square and so much traffic and they could not. When we walked to the square there was nothing as such happening. Last being there the 2 weeks you would think accommodations would try to be made.when booking, I should have checked us out a day later due to our flight and did not realize it. They made zero accommodations and told us to find another hotel. This unprofessional comment top it all off for me. For this reason I would not go back.

Hervorragende, moderne, vermutlich nagelneue Anlage. Nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, diese jedoch zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wobei ich in der Regel zu Fuß unterwegs war, zum Shuttle-Bus daher nichts Genaueres sagen kann.
