Very cozy, clean hotel, great location

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful.The location is great - the opera house and the republic square are witthin 20-25 minute walk. The breakfast offers a good choice of home-made foods.

Mia Casa is perfect name for this place. Is not luxury hotel but service is exactly what i need and want , friendly as My home as great family . For my idea of travel , this is perfect

The staff at the property are not responsible and sometimes very mean and rude. They charge you for none sense stuff. Be very careful. And their answers to everything is NO.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big, clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was plenty, however it was an odd mix-up of different dishes and it was not refilled by the staff. Short walk out of Yerevan city centre, in a quiet area.

About what I expected

Close enough to the central area. Bed was just ok; slightly uncomfortable. There's air conditioning in the room, but not in the rest of the hotel (or they just don't turn it on). Staff was extremely helpful with restaurant and tour recommendations. Overall about what I expected for the price.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. First the positive things: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, organized excellent transfers to and from the airport, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was super tasty and the lady running it was so friendly. The breakfast starts quite late (08:30) but when I informed the staff that I needed to leave earlier they prepared breakfast for me. However, my room was located just by the reception and the sound isolation was basically non-existant. This means that you hear everything, including but not limited to people coming back late, loud conversations and singing (?!) late at night in the reception area. This made it very difficult to sleep. The wifi connection was not very good and only worked close to the door. It was not possible to pay by card (even though it says it's possible when booking), something I was informed about only upon arrival. I stayed for 4 nights and felt very uncomfortable carrying such a big amount of cash with me in an unknown city.

Casa Mia Hotel : Récent, à découvrir à Erevan

Cet hôtel est récent. Si il est près de Sayat Nova, il est à distance de l Opéra. Le personnel d accueil est jeune et sympathique. Il s exprime en anglais. Bella parle aussi le français. Les chambres sont grandes, propres, calmes. Le petit déjeuner préparé avec amour par Karina est toujours varié. Le wifi passe bien.Tout ce personnel répond avec empressement aux souhaits des clients et avec un grand sourire. Ils méritent de réussir! Bonne chance à Casa Mia Hotel

Отель очень понравился. Небольшой, новый, очень уютный. Расположен практически в центре. Номера удобные, чистота идеальная. Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда готовый помочь решить любую проблему. Кормят прекрасно, вкусно. Если придётся вновь побывать в Ереване, остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Великолепно!

Впечатления - самые положительные! За недельное путешествие по Армении в Mia Casa - лучшие завтраки! Чудесный номе в стиле "тиффани". Расположение отеля на "бульварном кольце", 5 мин ходьбы до Вернисажа. Есть собственная парковка, но маленькая. Потрясающий персонал! Мы вообще в восторге от дружелюбия и отзывчивости армян.
