The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of St. Joseph’s Cathedral and several popular spots, including Cộng Cà Phê for Vietnamese coffee and the Michelin-recognized Phở 10 Lý Quốc Sư. Another great perk is that they offer laundry services by the kilo rather than charging per individual piece. We also got roundtrip airport shuttle for about $37. The only downside is that the property is a bit older, and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. We noticed several areas where the grout needed repair. Despite this, the staff were very helpful, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cockroach in our room on the second night and breakfast full of flies. Breakfast is served in a different hotel in a tiny windowless room that only seats a few tables at a time. Started well and the room was nicely air conditioned staff were friendly and welcoming and they were prepared with cockroach spray which says a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Bob, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, and Duc, who kindly helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. Happy was also very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference to our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Would happily stay here again!
