Room was the most functional we've encountered in the UK in years...water was hot quickly and didn't vary, bed was perfect and the view was amazing (picture frame of the bridges over the Forth). Staff was also very attentive, friendly and keen to help at every turn. To round off this stay, the breakfasts and dinners were also first rate! Highly recommend the Orroco."

Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap."
