"What happened? This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuild. Terrible split level design Elevators are always broken. No busmen to help with bags. It’s like sleeping in an office building"

"Stayed one night as I was moving my daughter out of college. It was the cheapest room within 2 hours of NYC on the correct side of the Hudson. Room was very clean and recently updated. Perfect for what I needed."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. What I liked most was that the property was quiet and relaxing. One thing I didn’t like was that the key had to be changed often. Sometimes I would come back from walking or going out, and the door would not open, so I had to return to the front desk again. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was still a good stay."
