"We have used Microtel in the past and were happy with our previous stays. Unfortunately this time we were told upon arrival that the hotel had overbooked and the room with two queen beds we had reserved weeks prior was not available. We were offered a room with one queen and a pullout. As our stay was for 3 nights, this proved to be quite disappointing to hear. However, we did speak with another service desk employee and were able, with a bit of running around, switch to a 2 queen room for the last two nights. Not the end of the world but a bit stressfull to deal with after 6 hours of driving."
