"Hotel fab, staff and service excellent - disappointed in the pickled sprout restaurant, a very heavy unseasonal menu for our liking, sharers hard to share unless you both like the same thing - not enough balance, starters missing meat options and a burger including chips was no veggie options - I’m not veggie) which, they may be fab quality, but need to recognise the market isn’t always captive"

"We stayed in a deluxe that seemed to be smaller than a standard double. The room felt crammed on at the end of the hallway. When I questioned it, I was told that all the deluxe rooms are different sizes but still bigger than a standard. Honestly, the bed only just fit in the room. The view was of a fire escape. Lovely hotel except for our particular room."

"Watch out! They overbook you. I was forced at 9:40 pm to go to another hotel that they arranged in front of me. OK so get to stay in harrogate again for free with them and the got me another hotel, but I was planning to use the gym etc prior to my work the next day. Staff were nice and apologetic and got me sorted in an inferior hotel but this policy is unbelievable."
