"The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price.
The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. When I asked for...

"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but;
- Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided
- our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had.
- The floors were not super clean. "

"Had toenails in shower, black mold everywhere,the bed had big spots in mattress wore out,no hot water. Dried food on floor. Had to keep socks and shoes on in the room until bedtime or your feet were black and very had to scrub off. Room was cleaner when we left, than it was when we arrived. I would have slept on floor but it was to nasty.the people you call for help never answer phone or check their email. Spent a lot of money for nothing worst stay ever "
