"I had NO tissues in the tissues holder. 3 to start with but not replenished. Coffee pods not replenished after 1st day. Clean room, nice staff, with many in the halls, talking, minimal effort on arrival with desk. No information on room service, or dining hours anywhere to be found. No info on drawers in room about any amenities. I could have been on another planet. "

"The room was spacious and very clean everything was in working condition except the heating and cooling unit was a bit off other than that we were pleased with the property. "
