내가 가본 호텔 중에 제일 더럽고 제일 시끄러움 블라디 가면 매번 아지무트 에 묵었는데 언제부터인지 단체 관광객이 묵으면서 서비스가 시장 바닥 같이 변하더니 조식 먹을때는 귀가 따가워서 내가 한국 사람인게 부끄러울때도 있다. 호텔 자체가 단체를 받을 캐파가 안되면 받질 말던지 너무 더럽고 침구도 세탁을 한건지 안한건지 너무 더러웠다. 침구에서 냄새가 나면 어쩌라는 건지 모르겠고 쓰지는 않았지만 샴푸 나 바디샤워 컨디셔너 치약 등로 비치되어있지 않았으며 아 몰라 더러워 아직도 너무 찝찝해 다신 안가 최악이다 진짜

В ванной комнате был сильный неприятный запах, который распространялся по всему номеру и приходилось всё время держать туда дверь закрытой. Обслуживающий персонал после каждой ежедневной уборки номера оставлял её почему-то открытой настежь и приходилось каждый день подолгу проветривать номер. Гель для душа был разбавлен почти до состояния воды и не пенился вообще. Пришлось сообщить на ресепшн.Но и потом было стойкое ощущение, что вместо полной замены просто плеснули сверху. Для отеля такого уровня это более, чем ненормально. Не предоставили мне квитанцию о проживании для отчета в бухгалтерию моей компании, мотивируя тем, что номер я бронировал через сайт. Сайт предоставляет только скан предварительно бронирования и всё. А мне нужна квитанция с печатями именно от вас о том, что именно в вашем отеле я находился все дни моей командировки. Скан с сайта не является для бухгалтерии отчетным документом. При звонке на вашу горячую линию мне было отказано в этом в таком тоне, как будто я уговаривал вас продать свою Родину. И всё это из-за одной маленькой бумажки. Я далеко не первый раз летаю в командировки, но впервые в жизни сталкивались с таким плохим отношением к своим клиентам.Пропадает всякое желание впредь останавливаться в отелях вашей сети.

Крепкий деловой отель 3+ звезды, это конечно не 4

Для Якутся очень хороший отель. Все комфортно номер чистый и уютный. Завтрак при большом количестве постоянства безолаберный , неубранные тарелки закончившаяся еда не работающие электро чайники и кофеварки((, качесьво еды терпимо.
