"5 stars and that’s only for the staff! The night crew member was running both the front desk and the back kitchen single-handedly, and she handled it like a pro. Efficient, calm, and doing everything right without a single complaint. Truly impressive. The hotel itself, though, felt a bit dated. The beds could use an upgrade, and the body wash/toiletry options were pretty limited. There was also an odor in the bedroom that our family wasn’t happy about. Big appreciation for the staff — but the property definitely needs some updates to match their level of service."
