"The staff in this hotel are very helpful, especially the staff who helped with our luggage."

"This hotel chain is going to be sued for fraud if they don't remove "executive room" as a booking option. There are no benefits except for 4 cans of warm drinks in the mini fridge. No club, no breakfast, no benefits. Supposedly the executive rooms are "newer" but were indistinguishable from what I would have expected from any hotel room in 2026. The room appeared new but the design was terrible - turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night turned on all the lights. Power outlets...

"The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast."

"เครื่องปรับอากาศปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้ร้อนมาก"

"Yes"

"The service at the restaurant was so bad"

"Iris and the rest of the staff were more than memorable. Incredible high class experience worth every penny and not far from most attractions. Would stay again especially if I wanted it to feel like a vacation"

"The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic in resolving customer issues. From this hotel's location, it's convenient to travel to the Lama Temple and the Sanlitun area, which are not far away."

"Staff super amable, muy buena ubicación pero las habitaciones son antiguas, las puertas muy ruidosas, necesita refacción"

"Nice environment for breakfast"

"Very good!"
