The hotel does not have adequate temperature control and it was 80 degrees in our room all night long. We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. We had been traveling for 28 hours and were exhausted and needed to rest but couldn't because it was hot and muggy and gross. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Very clean room and nice staffs. Truly thanks for ther kindness. They even prepared lunch box for early checkouters due to morning flight and i really appreciate it. Good view and beautiful garden and terrace. Everything was perfect. Defenitely recommend to stay here for anyone who's planning to visit Xiamen.

Beautiful and relaxing resort hotel

It’s a brand new resort hotel with direct access to the beautiful beach. The hotel site is beautifully landscaped and there’s good view of the sea or garden from the balcony in the room. It is very quiet and relaxing to have a vacation here away from the bustling city.

這次入住了新開的全球高端知名五星萬豪酒店, 果真不同凡響. 位於集美區的環東海域, 整個酒店規劃就像東南亞的Vila, 除了自己的室內外泳池, 還有無敵海岸. 室內還有兒童樂園, 完全適合帶孩子的家庭來這渡假. 不過如果不是開車, 出行方面可能會有些問題, 偏了一點.
