Lovely clean room, staff were kind, great amenities, the staff made the sofa bed up for me as I’ve recently had a C-section. Shower was lovely and powerful, rituals toiletries lovely too. There was plenty of convenient parking provided at the property. We did receive a total of 20 e-mails about our stay before arriving, 16 from/via hotels.com and 4 direct. I think communication could have been more concise. Unfortunately hotels.com removed from the e-mails a vital link to the web ...
