"For starters, I would say this location is convenient for driving across the country. That being said, it's loud and busy because it is literally at a travel center with semi's coming through at all hours. "The checkin procedure is a bit awkward. Website says after 3pm, office door says they are there 10am-4pm, but not a person onsite. "Staff was very friendly, the ladies working the breakfast kept items filled and very friendly. Breakfast was okay, nothing spoecial, had no meat. Hotel was okay, the price was good for what we needed. If I ever stop in Joplin again, I will probably try one of the many other options."

"King was not a true king, more of a queen size. Bed was so close to wall that we hit the metal frame every time tried to get in bed. Towels were threadbare. Room smelled of mold & stale smoke. Freezer did not work."

"Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!"
