Clean room but for a price like I paid this is very basic. Not even a fridge nor a coffee bar. Coffee machine is at the main reception so you have to go down to get your coffee. Different but very inconvenient for the customer. Selections of food are ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room in general is not too bad . Very central to the old town .

A beautiful peaceful haven in Wrocław

It was an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel felt like a sanctuary! Such a comfortable bed and very good soundproofing. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Free tea and coffee in the stunning lobby was a lovely touch and all staff were so friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are small but efficient, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the edge of the old town, the hotel offers easy access to historical sites and local attractions. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available, a nice touch for guests. The rooms also have AC, which made my stay comfortable even during warmer nights. Fabulous location, quite modest sized yet welcoming rooms. There was ample common space to eat, drink or just relax. 5 minutes from the flower market and less than 19 from the Market Square. Breakfast was nice but IMO overpriced. There is Starbucks 5 minutes away foe Americans craving their daily fix. Would stay again.
