In my room there was something of historical significance that had been, sensitively and sensibly, preserved and protected with perspex. I would have really appreciated an explanation / translation of it so as to fully understand it.

Toilet door wouldnt close,reported it,was ignored

Absolutely appalling. The check in for this is a five minute walk away from the actual hotel, which is great fun when you have to lug bags up and down. The stairs are a death trap and all lose and wobbly. The bedrooms are a total catfish, nothing like the photos on here, leaky windows with drafts, mould growing, nasty. Broken bathroom door so my husband and I had to hide in the corner when then other one wanted a poo as the door wouldn't close l. The shower door was hanging off and water was going everywhere and halfway through a shower the water would cut off for a good 5 minutes.I contacted to reception to ask the shower and bathroom door be mended but I was ignored. The place is a hazardous dump. No fire alarms in the rooms. A nasty, dangerous, horrible place

Kamer is klein met smalle bedden. Badkamer is netjes. Verwacht geen luxe. Oude binnenstad om de hoek. Tram voor de deur. Veel eetgelegenheden op loopafstand, van ontbijt tot diner. Genoeg terrasjes.

Check in location is changed. Not Ruska street.

The check in information is out of date; You must now check in at 'Boogie ApartHouse', at Garbary 2, 48-300 Wrocław, and not at Ruska street as heretofore. The staff at reception said that they had sent me a text message regarding the check in procedure and new check in location. I have never gotten that message, I checked, and they have the correct number. The bathroom door would not close, not ideal. It is a pocket door. So remained wide open throughout my stay. I found the receptionist rude. She said that I had not been given the wrong check in information. She said this without seeing the email from Hotels.com

Matig hotel

In het hotel was geen lift. De receptie was elders. Had wel adres maar geen plattegrond om het adres te vinden. Het logies was exclusief de ontbijt. Het hotel bood een adres aan om te ontbijten. Vouchers waren hiervoor noodzakelijk. Deze vouchers niet ontvangen. Hotelkamer aan de krappe kant en minimaal ingericht.

Si potrebbe far meglio..

Sono arrivato verso mezzanotte, la ragazza alla reception molto gentile, mi ha spiegato come raggiungere il palazzo in cui si trovava la mia stanza.. Circa 5 minuti a piedi! Peccato solo che poi la stanza fosse all'ultimo piano senza ascensore, ma la presenza del balconcino lho trovato di gradimento.. Per il resto, non ho di cui raccontare, mi son fermato relativamente poco..

Zła relacja ceny do jakości

Brak windy jest pewną niedogodnością, zwłaszcza, gdy po kręconych schodach trzeba wejść z dużą walizką. W telewizji brak było kanałów tvp, a poza tym telewizja się po jakimś czasie wyłączyła. Internet dość wolny, co uniemożliwiało płynnie przeglądanie. Brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, uszkodzona bateria prysznicowa, leciała pomarańczowa woda, niemalże jak w słynnej komedii "Miś". Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, są to rzeczy, które nie zachęcają do ponownego pobytu.
