"Enjoyable stay with helpful staff. Kind of tucked away but I liked that."

"Clean and right on the beach. Helpful staff."

"The air conditioner was very loud. It made sleeping impossible with it being on. The bathroom was old and dated. The soap holder in the shower was rusty. The shower wasn’t clean right. It had hair sticking on the shower walls. I would not stay here again."

"This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice. The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

"The stay was great. But our room/ lobby could have been cleaner there was hair from previous stay in the bathroom and couch. Also the elevator kept stalling causing everyone in the building to walk the stairs. The staff didn’t really seem to think it was a big issue after multiple people complained. Other than that the view from the balcony was beautiful."

"Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place."

"Great staff clean facilities."

"The hotel is convenient to the airport, some of the towels and linens are getting old and the carpets on the halls and rooms are dusty. The rooms have a strong chemical smell that doesn’t mask the odor coming from the carpet in the room, it’s rather unpleasant. AC is loud and kicks in constantly. Staff is professional and courteous. Parking is free. This property needs to have their carpets deep cleaned and maybe tone down their heavy fragrance cleaners."

"Just came off a 5 night trip where we stayed in 3 different Homewood Suites properties in different cities and this one was the best. However, it still had its issues. I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. On the final try, they finally got me into a one bedroom suite. Mind you I was dragging my toddler, cat, and luggage with me every time. They tried...

"The property overall was fine. I didn’t realize that it was a compact hotel. The staff lovely but we stayed during some sort of kids tournament and those kids were left to their own devices and made an extreme mess of the hotel. The gym, pool was all out of sorts."

"The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great."

"A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely."

"Super clean property, great rooms and way friendly staff, recommended !"
