"Nothing much to see really its a Victorian building with lots of rooms. The shower was just a trickle. Didn't get a good night's sleep as the washing machine was on all night. And traffic noise. Ok for one night i suppose."

"None of the electric sockets worked for my whole stay! I couldn't have a hot drink, watch TV or charge my phone. The lighting was ok, so it was not due to a power cut. Self check in would work better if they actually let you know which room number you have. Shower is very weak. Positives are free parking, proximity to tram station. "

"The staff were amazing and bed was comfortable sadly that’s there the positives stop The bathroom was the biggest problem, a hole in the door, mould on the bath, rust on the shower, cracked tiles and broken bath signs I was told the room was the furthest away from the bar but could still hear loud music until midnight Great staff just the bathroom needs to be refurbished and cleaned"
