"We chose a river front room, and arriving felt like being a VIP. It was so romantic feeling right from the start. The views are amazing, and getting to enjoy from your room is spectacular. Some rooms do not have a view, and that would be a bit sad I think. The rooms are small, no room for a chair, but the view is the main attraction. The staff is over the top friendly in the best way. They took time with each interaction to ask about our day, our plans, and how they could help by making phone...

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Overall, it was a good stay. Receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was clean but a little too warm for my liking. There was no AC as they transition to heaters during the winter. No big deal. Also, there was only one little trash can in the bathroom. A second one in the living area would’ve been helpful. Location is great. Easy walk across the bridge to the city center. "

"Amazing hotel with a great view of the Duoro river and Porto. Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, continental breakfast, and spa. My wife loved her massage in the spa. Hotel is walkable to many restaurants, a market with food vendors, and Porto. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Porto across the bridge from the hotel, but the cable cars make it a bit easier depending on where you’re going. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only. The breakfast is made fresh everyday and very good. Its situated in a great lication."

"Beautiful room and property. Excellent staff. Amazing breakfast. The only issue is that the doors to the shower and the toilet are frosted glass that are not fully frosted and the toilet door is not sealed. Also, there is a corkage fee to have drinks in the room. It's not much but seems unreasonable to charge guests for a bucket of ice and wine glasses. Nice location on a pedestrian street. Secure property with 24/7 front desk staff."
