Property and people are great. They did use like febreze or something in a no pet room which for some people is the worst thing you can do in a room people are trying to sleep in. That is the only reason not 5 star.

The staff were amazing. The room was impeccably clean; a far cry from where we stayed the next night in Hampton Beach. I hadn't gone to the bank to snag US funds so could only leave $2. I would have left $20!!!! I will make up for it the next time we venture down.

The first room we had was dirty run down and noisy. The desk clerk was awesome and moved us to a better room. The property was pretty run down, dirty and cigarette butts everywhere. They should definitely have a smoking area.
