"Room was filthy stuff all over the walls carpet torn up we stayed last time was way better then this time we stayed tried to call front desk no answer it was not my favorite stay. "

"The location is awesome with quick and easy access to shopping, parks, food, transit, bars, Providence Park or the dispensary one block away! Free parking next to downtown is a definite treat, with transit and walking you won't even need your vehicle. The family friendly suites are two bedrooms with a living area and kitchenette, they are pet friendly as well! Bathrooms have working fans which is a big plus with a family! The place was clean and staff friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"No air conditioning is rough when I sleep hot. Had to close the windows due to noise so the room became stuffy. Found out they dont actually have air conditioning when i asked, just fans they can supply. "

"Family of three stayed at one night recently and we enjoyed it. The location is great, a few steps to the water front, a relatively quite and nice area in the south of downtown. Stuff is friendly and room is comfortable and clean. "

"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea selections were very minimal in the morning in the lobby as well. Usually Expedia includes all fees in their final price. After we checked out the hotel also included another $60 in city taxes. Thankfully Expedia set it right and gave us a refund for the taxes. "
