"Nice small hotel close to airport, with free airport shuttle service, supermarkets and eating facilities in walking distance. My second time there."

"convenient location, good size room and bed shower was excellent"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. "Very clean, great hotel. Customer service was incredibly helpful!"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"
