Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways ...

The Boylston Hotel Capitol Hill
The location and value were exactly what I was looking for, entirely pleased. The top floor does sway a bit, but the noise level was very low overall, and the stairs have halfway-point landings so they aren't too bad even going all the way up. I don't think I saw any vending machines or ice etc. ...
