"Beautiful Hotel great location"

"I stayed in a corner room on the 21st floor. I was so impressed it was an incredible room. The views were stunning and it was the PERFECT place to stay for a concert at Huntington Stadium. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. Rooms were extremely clean too!! Highly recommend "

"Had to walk go to front desk to get items for kitchen, towels and toiletries. No staff available to deliver items to room. The breakfast was pretty basic. Will be booking somewhere else or an air b nb."

"First, Yunus is a wonderful front face to me at the check in desk. Along with Brooke they are a positive, friendly and efficient team. At the Teachers part of the equation Monique makes your visit to the food side of things wonderful. "

"Up at 6:00 AM to catch flight...no food! Took at least 15 minutes for anything resembling hot water. Water pressure so low shower was only a drizzle. Difficult to unlock room door...one key did not work. Only one regular coffee in room. Bed on for wall has severe depress or broken spring. Close to Cleveland airport was only positive. "

"No regular coffee in the room. For the sink, there was shampoo instead of hand wash to wash your hands. Very nice hotel."
