"Shower drain had hair in it. Carpet tack strip with the nails was exposed on the floor in front of the bathroom. Surfaces were dusty. We chose this place based on the location but will not be returning."

"The room was clean and cozy. I guess because of the time of the year it was, we experienced ants in our room the two nights we stayed there. The staff were nice about coming to clean up the ants for us. This wasn't something that was necessarily their fault, however it was a little of an inconvenience. Other than that, the area was quiet and peaceful. They had a cute, little farm on the property with some sheep and wild turkeys. I would recommend this motel!"

".Upon arrival, the front desk informed me my reservation did not appear in their system, despite my having a confirmed Expedia booking, which I had to show them. The situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally since they made it seems like this was my problem and I was treated very unfairly and overbearing. the bed in the room was extremely worn out and uncomfortable, to the point of feeling unstable like a trampoline. My wife and i could not sleep. I also requested a rolling bed or cottage, which was not provided. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights , we only stayed one night and left, I preferred loosing the money of the additional night that staying there. The condition of the hotel does not deserve a paid stay "

"I had hoped Motel 6 had improved over the years and gave them a try. To start I had to pay a 60.00 cash deposit at check in. I questioned why and the woman became hostile and informed me that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like this ‘policy’. This is above the room charge which had already been paid. I insisted on a receipt and did get this back when we checked out. Got to the room to find it was bare, very dark lighting and filthy floor. Cooling system only kept it tolerable. Bedspreads were stained and the pillows felt like they came out of a $1.00 bargain bin. Beds were older and one was broken down. In the bathroom the towels were threadbare and ragged. The so called closet was a cubby with no lighting. Absolutely no amenities. Not even a do not disturb placard. To top off this experience we had a person who was drunk or high knocking on our door a couple times the first night looking for someone. The only good thing I can say is we were able to park near our room. I DO NOT recommend this property."

"The property was clean, staff was friendly. The only recommendation is for them to keep the pool warmer. Other than that it was a great stay."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, there is absolutely nothing to complain about the room itself. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Now the actual area felt more like a motel, no lift and very noisy with cars. The breakfast was pretty much appalling. Not necessarily the food itself (which wasn't great), but the fact that they use plastic cutlery felt extremely outdated and not eco friendly; if they want to use disposables, they should at least use bamboo/wooden cutlery and not plastic! But I can't see why they can't use normal metal cutlery, so that we can at least cut our bread properly. Again, also zero gluten free options."

"The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was clean. I loved the toiletries, they smelled very nice. The water pressure was good for the shower. The only downside for me was the blinds in the room weren’t enough to block out the outside light so it was too bright for us to get a really good sleep. I would suggest they get blackout curtains instead. Also not much selection for breakfast. "
