"The interior of the small apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, however; the mattress needs to be replaced. We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. "This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV"

"Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition."

Was a little disappointed when we asked ahead of time for a room closer to the stair well or on the first floor for ease of taking my dog out but we ended up with a room in the middle of the 2nd floor. After the first night the A/C unit made crackling/popping noises the first night and somehow leaked water below it so the floor was soaked and got my girlfriend’s suitcase soaked. "We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked."

"Clean room, clean bathroom, good nights sleep. Parking was free & right next door. My only complaint would be the temperature of our room was a bit warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change it much. Otherwise, decent stay."

"The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering."

"The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again."

"Plastic mattress cover was torn and coming off. No mattress pad was put on the bed. Front desk staff was helpful and brought one up quickly. TV remote didn't really work and no replacement batteries were available (though I think the remote itself was broken)."
