We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. "South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. "This is a great little hotel hidden away on the beach about 15 min from the airport. It’s not in a tourist area, residential all around it, but it’s nicely done, right on the water, and there’s vibe is super welcoming. "I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. "The Butterfly is in great location to Oistins and catching a van or bus to Bridgetown since it is on the main road. Be very careful going out the back gate to the beach the rocks are very slippery due to the moss and you could fall and hurt yourself very badly."
